1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the FourAxis website and the test, results, and reports offered through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 16 years old to use FourAxis. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. What the service provides
FourAxis offers a free questionnaire of 32 statements. It places you on four dimensions — energy, focus, decisions, and approach — and gives you a profile name, a short summary, dimension scores, and three strengths.
An optional paid report adds career direction, guidance on how you work best, relationship and communication notes, potential blind spots, and suggested actions. The free test does not require payment.
4. Price and payment
The full report costs $19.99 in US dollars as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payments are processed by Creem, an independent payment provider that acts as the merchant of record for the purchase. Access to the report is provided after the payment is confirmed. The payment provider's own terms and privacy practices apply to the checkout process.
5. Not professional advice
FourAxis is a tool for personal reflection. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or employment assessment, and it does not provide professional advice of any kind.
Do not use the test or the report to diagnose a condition, to evaluate a candidate or employee, or to make decisions that require a qualified professional. If you are dealing with a serious personal or health issue, please speak to an appropriate professional.
6. Acceptable use
You may use FourAxis for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, resell, or redistribute the paid report as your own product or service;
- present the results as a professional or clinical assessment to another person;
- attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the site;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its text, its profile descriptions, and the design of the test belong to FourAxis. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to read and use your report. It does not transfer ownership or permit commercial republication.
8. Availability and no warranty
The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and we do not warrant that the results will match how you see yourself or predict any outcome in your life.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FourAxis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
